10 WEEKS TO TOTAL FITNESS

WINTER SESSIONS 2025

1) TUESDAY SESSIONS

February 4th - April 15th (10 classes, NO CLASS on March 4th)

6:45 - 8 PM

Classes will be held outdoors at LaSalle Park Pavilion, Burlington, utilizing the indoor Bayshore Room for warmup and floor exercises.

2) SHAUNA’S FRIDAY SESSIONS

February 7th – April 11th (10 classes)

9:30 – 10:30 AM or 11 AM – 12 PM (noon)

Classes will be held outdoors at Hidden Valley Park, Burlington, ON

10 Weeks to Total Fitness is an advanced program of total fitness and runs three times per year. Each session incorporates all aspects of health and fitness. This program is for all ages, all abilities, and all fitness levels.

Participants will be separated into small workable groups based on ability/fitness and age.

Classes Include:

  • Warmup and warm-down

  • A complete upper body, lower body and core program known as Aerobicized Strength Training

  • Nutrition and dietary tips

  • Weekly goals with home exercises

Locations: LaSalle Park Pavilion (1), and Hidden Valley Park (2)

Instructors: Dr. Brookshaw, Dr. Rybicki, and Dr. DeVries. Friday courses led by Shauna (B. Sc. Kinesiology)

The cost of the Winter 2025 (Feb–Apr) courses are as follows:

  • $175/program – Adults

  • $80/program – Youths (under 16 years old)

  • $20/session – Adults

  • $10/session – Youths (under 16 years old)
