4 For The Core And Pelvic Floor: Week 8

The goal of this class is to prevent, reduce, and resolve many of the debilitating ailments that many think are an inevitable consequence of being a mom.

4 Weeks ft. 8 Classes

Mondays 9-10am and Fridays 2:30-3:30pm, September 21st through October 19th, 2020.

Classes will include breath work, deep core, pelvic floor control and activation, postural strengthening, glute strengthening, and more.

No babysitter? No problem! Bring baby along!
