10 Weeks To Total Fitness

10 Weeks to Total Fitness is an advanced program of total fitness and runs three times per year. Each session incorporates all aspects of health and fitness.

We meet at LaSalle Park Pavillion for 10 weeks, in Burlington, Ontario. We start each session with a thorough and unique warm up routine. This is followed by an exercise session consisting of a variety of aerobic and resistance training. This type of training is called Aerobicized Strength Training, complete unique with very powerful results.

We try and challenge you but at the same time, we really want you to understand why you need to exercise a certain way to get results.

Includes:

  • Warm up and Warm Down

  • Aerobicized Strength Training: Upper Body, Lower Body, Core

  • Nutrition and Dietary Tips

  • Weekly goals and home exercises for athletes and non-athletes alike

Bonus

  • Preparation and conditioning for all sports

  • Nutrition discussions each week to help in achieving muscle growth and weight/fat loss

  • Coaching and guidance by 4 doctors and 2 kinesiologists

  • Program designed by Dr. Wellum: Sports Specialist and Certified Sports Performance Specialist

The cost of the course is as follows:

  • $75 or $10 per session pay-as-you-go
