Spring Bring A Friend! 10 Weeks To Total Fitness

This Spring features our “Bring a Friend” session of our 10 Weeks to Total Fitness program.

Sessions will be held Tuesday April 5th, 6:45-8PM, and Friday April 8th, 9:30-10:30AM and 11-Noon.

Open to all Winter/Spring participants, this is a great way to invite a family member, friend, or colleague to join the best fitness program in town!

As usual, sessions will be help in Lasalle Park, and include:

  • warm-up and warm-down

  • complete upper/lower body core program

  • nutrition and dietary tips

  • weekly goal setting and home exercises

Cost is $10/person, half price!
