10 Weeks To Total Fitness: Week 7

10 Weeks to Total Fitness is an advanced program of total fitness and runs three times per year. Each session incorporates all aspects of health and fitness.

We meet at LaSalle Park Pavillion for 10 weeks, in Burlington, Ontario. We start each session with a thorough and unique warm up routine. This is followed by an exercise session consisting of a variety of aerobic and resistance training. This type of training is called Aerobicized Strength Training, complete unique with very powerful results.

We ensure that every individual is challenged. We’ve had hip replacement candidates preparing for surgery right through to Olympic athletes participate in this program.

To finish each session we have a warm down and a workshop on varying topics of related interest including protein consumption, good fats vs. bad fats, proper hydration, effective supplementation, cold-weather training, and of course the homework for the week.

We try and challenge you but at the same time, we really want you to understand why you need to exercise a certain way to get results.

The cost of the course is as follows:

  • $150 for the 10 weeks for adults.

  • $240 for 16 weeks for adults

  • $75 for 5 weeks

  • $20 pay-per-session

  • Youths under the age of 16 are half-price!
